He has since shown his work Nationally and internationally with commissions and installations including Stanford University, Boston Children’s Hospital, Louis Vuitton and Alvin Alley Dance Company.

Lohman’s new work, That’s All Folks” is a collaboration with The Cricket Gallery in Atlanta.

Along with Lohman’s signature sculptures, the Cricket Gallery will exhibit early original drawings and hand painted movie cells from classic Disney films and and Warner Brothers cartoons.
The Cricket Gallery is the largest and oldest gallery in the world promoting the original American art form of animation.
With over three decades in business Cricket has educated the art world of the significance, intricacy and sheer beauty of these works that were photographed and transformed into some of the most treasured films and memories of generations. Cricket was founded by long time Vineyard summer residents, and later permanent residents, Michael and Jackie Halbreich, who brought these wonderful works to the Vineyard at a gallery they opened for many years in Vineyard Haven. Once again they are being brought back to this special island for the enjoyment and appreciation of Vineyard residents and visitors.

The show runs through October 11th at the Feldman Family Gallery in the lobby of the MV Film Center in Vineyard Haven
